Are you using a local teller scan application, or a browser based RDC .Net plugin?

DO you have any kind of endpoint security installed on this machine that may be interfering with the scanner?
If you have a local test application or teller scan application that works locally, I would test that to see if the scanner is even detected by Windows still.
You said it does work on another station. Does it last more than the 2-3 weeks you're currently experiencing? If it does, is there a difference in Windows version or KB patches installed between the two stations?
I know that the bank our office uses has been having problems with Panini scanners since Windows 10 was released, and has been issuing TS240's instead to most customers.
There's also a good set of troubleshooting tests here you can try (i.e. the user local admin, service start/stop, etc
