The Art of Living offers stress-elimination tools like the Sudarshan Kriya, yoga, meditation & social initiatives to foster universal well-being & global progress. It all started with Arup Da doing the Art of Living’s Youth Leadership Training Program (YLTP) at Midnapore in 2009. YLTP is a holistic week long workshop that aims to train the youth in dealing with stress and anxiety, through a combination of breathing techniques, yoga and ancient knowledge. Whether you prefer a self-paced schedule or want something experiential and interactive, there is something for everyone in our distance learning program schedule. From live-streaming signature retreats, events, cleanses, and Ayurveda consultations to on-demand Ayurveda education, all of our programs feature the best of our best—experienced teachers, expertly crafted curriculum, and tools. This six-day course was organized by the main branch of The Art of Living in Pune. The course commenced in Mahatma Phule Museum on Ghole Road. The main attraction of the basic course is Sudarshan Kriya, which was discovered by Sri Sri Ravishankar Ji. Sudarshan Kriya was just a part of the course and there were lots of other things to learn also. Hi During my college, in 2014, they charged 1000 rupees per person. But they were claiming that it was a discounted price and generally they charge 2000 rupees. So i think if they are coming to you then fee is 1000 and if you are going to them, i.

Sahaj Samadhi
